Meet Stephanie 💕 A Mother. A Fighter. Built Different.
Stephanie isn’t just one of our models — she’s a fighter.
Stephanie Mccants isn’t just one of our models — she’s family.
And right now, she’s in the fight of her life.
In June 2023, Stephanie lost her mom unexpectedly. While trying to heal from that heartbreak, she also lost her job of nearly 10 years — and with it, the health insurance she depended on.
Soon after, life threw her another challenge.
Stephanie was diagnosed with stage 2, grade 2 invasive ductal carcinoma — breast cancer.
After multiple biopsies and tests, doctors found that the cancer had spread to her lymph nodes. Now, she’s preparing for a double mastectomy and a long, difficult treatment journey.
Stephanie is only 37 years old, and she’s a mother to two beautiful boys — just four and five years old. 💕
She’s fighting to heal, to stay strong, and to keep life as normal as possible for them while she goes through treatment.
“This isn’t just about cancer,” Stephanie said.
“It’s about staying strong for my boys, healing fully, and finding peace in the middle of the storm.”
Even in her toughest moments, Stephanie showed up to our photoshoot — brave, glowing, and full of heart. She represents what Built Different truly means:
